    DONAU DENTAL PRODUCTS

    In January 2009, Donau Trading Corp. started its own production of dental products. All of our materials are produced in leading German laboratories. Donau Trading Corp. has the ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certificate (medical products) and also CE 0120 certificate. Donau Dental Products are divided into the following categories: filling materials, etching materials, bonding materials and cements and conditioners.

     

    FILLING MATERIALS

    Nano Comfort - Idealny kompozyt hybrydowy

    Ideal hybrid composite, light curing, with an ultrafine, radiopaque, porcelain filler. Can be polished to a high luster.
    For use in adhesive filling treatment.


    High luster achieved by polishing is possible due to the ultra fine porcelain particle filler.
    Total filler content 83% by weight. The chameleon effect matches the shade of the filling perfectly to the tooth structure.
    Shades corresponding to Vita ®* shade guide.
    Packed in 4 g syringes.

    Indications:
    - direct anterior and posterior restorations,
    - indirect restorations such as inlays, onlays and laminate veneers,
    - extended fissure sealing in molars and premolars,
    - splinting mobile teeth,
    - adjusting the contours and shade to improve aesthetics.

    Nano Comfort should be used with Etching Comfort and Bonding Comfort,
    which belong to the same system.

    Hybrid Comfort

    A light curing, hybride composite. Is indicated for placing fillings using adhesive techniques.

    Due to the ultrafine glass particle filler, extremely homogeneous restorations can be placed and polished to a high luster.
    The chameleon effect matches the shade of the filling perfectly to the tooth structure.
    Supplied in 5 g screw syringes. Total glass filler contents: 75% by weight.

     Indications: direct anterior and posterior restorations in Black’s class I,II, III and V cavities; indirect restorations such as inlays, onlays and laminate veneers; extended fissure sealing in molars and premolars; endodontic posts; splinting mobile teeth, adjusting the contours and shades to improve aesthetics.

    Should be used with Etching Comfort and Bonding Comfort, which belong to the same system.

    Flow Comfort

    A light curing, flowable, radiapaque, low viscosity composite. Due to extremely small particles
    of the glass filler it can be easily polished to a high luster.

    Total filler contents: 55% by weight. Supplied in 2 g screw syringes.

    Indications: fissure sealing; extended fissure sealing on molars and premolars; fillings in Black’s class V cavities (cervical caries, eroded areas in roots, wedge-shaped defects); minimally invasive fillings in Black’s class I and II cavities in areas not exposed to severe occlusal loads; minimally invasive fillings in Black’s class II cavities; restoring defects in enamel; blocking out undercuts; minimal adjustments to the contours and shade of the enamel.

    Should be used with Etching Comfort and Bonding Comfort, which belong to the same system.

    ETCHING MATERIALS

    Etching Comfort

    37% etching gel for etching enamel and/or dentine for adhesive fillings.

    Etching gel is colored red and has a gel-like, firm consistency, thus it is very easily applied and checked.
    The curved metal tip applies the gel precisely in areas which are difficult to access.

    Ideal for „Non total-etch technique” as well as „Total-etch technique”, using dentine/enamel bonding agent, like Bonding Comfort. Supplied in 2 ml screw syrgines.

    BONDING

    Bonding Comfort

    Bonding Comfort is a light curing one part primer and bonding system which does not require
    additional mixing. Bonding is carried out in single stage.

    Bonding Comfort was developed for firmly bonding composites and compomers to enamel and dentine as
    well as to non-precious and precious metals.

    Bonding Comfort is also indicated for impregnating root canals prior to filling or cementing passive or threaded root posts.
    Delivered in bottles of 5 ml.

     

    CEMENTS AND CONDITIONERS

    Comfort Plus - Crown Set.

    Is a reinforced Glass Ionomer cement designed for cementing dental crowns. The cement blocks X-rays and is characterised with high adhesion. The cement reacts with teeth, composite resins, metals, porcelain and amelgamates.

    The product adheres to the ISO 9917 standard.

     

    Glass PrimeComfort

    Is a easy to use conditioner for teeth.
